सुजोक-एक्युप्रेशर जिम्मी में एक तरफ बियोल मेग्नेट तथा दूसरी तरफ स्टार मेग्नेट लगा है, जिससे मरीज के हाथों में सुजोक बियोल मेरिडियन पर प्रेशर देकर रोग की जाँच Diagnosis की जाती है, फिर सही बिन्दु को चुनकर इसी जिम्मी से छोटे मेग्नेट (बियोल या स्टार) उठाकर, पोईन्ट पर रखकर सर्जिकल्स टेप से चिपकाने में सहायक है।

1. Roll the ring up and down all your fingers and thumbs
2. Can be used on toes too.
3. Do this few times till they feel warm or for about 30 - 60 seconds.
